Finance Room is a private, single-user personal finance application used by one individual ("the operator") for their own personal, non-commercial purposes. It is not offered as a service to any other person.
The application provides the operator with a read-only overview of their own bank account information for personal budgeting. It does not initiate payments, move money, or modify any account. Access to bank data is provided through Enable Banking Oy, an FCA-authorised Account Information Service Provider, and is subject to Enable Banking's terms and to the operator's own bank's terms.
The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Information shown is for personal reference only and is not financial advice. The operator is responsible for verifying anything important against their bank's official records.
Bank data access requires the operator's explicit Open Banking consent, is time-limited, and may be revoked at any time through the operator's bank or through Enable Banking.
